Gate Access – Terms of Service

By accessing, subscribing to, or engaging with Gate Access (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Gate Access is a travel-focused media brand providing news, insights, commentary, and original content created by a former TSA officer and travel creator. These Terms govern your use of our newsletters, website, digital downloads, membership offerings, and any other related products or services (“Services”).

By using our Services, you confirm that you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All content provided by Gate Access—including but not limited to newsletters, articles, videos, PDFs, digital products, insider guides, and travel insights—is owned exclusively by Gate Access and WithTheHarmony Enterprises.

You agree that:

• You do not acquire ownership of any content by subscribing or accessing it.

• Our content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished—paid or free—without prior written permission.

• Sharing exclusive or paid content with others, including posting excerpts online or redistributing content in group chats, communities, or forums, is strictly prohibited.

• Violations may result in termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

Gate Access reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

3. Subscription Terms

Gate Access offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method.

Auto-Renewal

• Paid subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

• You can cancel anytime, but cancellation applies to the next billing cycle, not the current one.

**4. No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

Because Gate Access provides digital knowledge-based content, all sales are final.

This includes:

• Monthly subscriptions

• Annual subscriptions

• Digital products

• Donation-based or contribution-based access

• Special editions or limited content releases

Once payment is processed, no refunds, credits, chargebacks, or prorated cancellations will be issued under any circumstances—including but not limited to dissatisfaction, unreceived emails due to spam filters, or change of personal financial situation.

Attempting a chargeback on legitimate purchases may result in termination of access and being prohibited from future services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your login or subscription benefits with others

• Forward exclusive content

• Misuse your subscription in ways that violate copyright or harm the Gate Access brand

• Upload or distribute malicious code

• Use our content to build competing products, newsletters, or derivative works

Gate Access reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for misuse, with no refund.

6. Communications & Email Consent

By subscribing or submitting your email:

• You agree to receive newsletters, updates, promotions, and offers from Gate Access.

• You may unsubscribe at any time, though you will still be bound by these Terms for the duration of your paid period.

7. Disclaimer

Gate Access provides news, analysis, commentary, and travel insights for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about:

• Flight changes or airline policies

• TSA or government regulations

• Personal travel outcomes

• Earnings or results if applying tips, strategies, or suggestions

You understand that travel is inherently unpredictable and Gate Access is not liable for losses, delays, cancellations, or actions taken based on our content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gate Access is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of data

• Financial loss or missed travel opportunities

• Business, personal, or reputational harm

• Third-party errors (email providers, payment processors, platforms, etc.)

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Services.

9. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Any significant changes will be communicated via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in a Georgia court.
